How can I support you in your health revolution?

I support people with metabolic, digestive & stress-related needs

Metabolic Health

Are you dealing with high blood pressure, cholesterol concerns, blood sugar swings, or stubborn weight gain? I’ll help you uncover what’s really going on — and guide you with a personalised plan that supports your heart, metabolism, and long-term wellbeing.

Symptoms such as fatigue, cravings, or rising blood pressure are signs that your body is out of balance. We’ll work together to support sustainable, better health from the inside out.

I can help you:

  • Implement evidence-based dietary and lifestyle changes that improve metabolic health

  • Understand your symptoms and how to support them

  • Feel more in control of your health

  • Find renewed energy

You don’t have to wait for things to get worse. Perhaps you’ve been told that your blood pressure or cholesterol levels are too high. Maybe you're noticing stubborn weight gain, fatigue, or creeping blood sugar levels. Or perhaps you just want to feel healthier and stay off medication as you get older.

As a registered nutritional therapist, I help adults like you take control of your health with personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Together, we’ll create a realistic, nutrition and lifestyle plan that helps you feel better now and protect your future health — one step at a time.

Studies have shown that nutrition and lifestyle interventions are highly effective for improving metabolic health.

Let me help you kickstart your health revolution!

Digestive issues

Do you struggle with constipation, reflux, bloating, heartburn, or diarrhoea These aren’t simple annoyances. An upset gut impacts your overall health. Because 70% of the immune system resides in it, your body can’t fight infection properly, leaving you vulnerable. What’s more, the gut is connected to our central nervous system, so digestive issues can affect your mood and mental well-being, too. For these reasons, healing the gut is at the core of Nutritional Therapy.

I can help you:

  • Reduce bloating

  • Resolve diarrhoea and constipation

  • Improve heartburn, GERD, and acid reflux

  • Manage IBS and SIBO

  • Improve your digestion and heal your gut

I have supported many people in resetting their digestive systems. Once their symptoms cleared, they experienced improved energy levels, better mood, a more robust immune system, and enhanced overall well-being.

When digestive issues are explored and resolved, my clients often see improvements in other symptoms, such as fatigue, brain fog, skin conditions, metabolic disorders, and much more.

This is because the gut microbiome plays a key role in modulating overall health through complex communication with every organ in the body.

Let me help you regain healthy digestion and freedom from troubling symptoms.

Stress

Stress negatively impacts overall health and digestive issues.  If you often struggle to sleep well, feel overwhelmed and anxious, and find it hard to concentrate, stress might be contributing to your health issues.

When our brain perceives a situation as stressful, it activates the ‘fight-or-flight’ response, preparing our body to either fight or flee danger. Stress hormones are produced, and heart rate, blood pressure, and blood glucose are increased.

If you regularly experience a ‘fight-or-flight’ response, your body doesn’t have enough time to recover and lives in a constant state of low-level stress.

Chronic low-level stress can have severe consequences on overall health. We can develop anxiety disorders, high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, digestive complaints, and other conditions.

I  can help you:

  • Recognise and address triggers

  • Reduce anxiety

  • Sleep better

  • Feel more energetic

  • Improve your mood… and much more

We will work together and find ways to integrate nutrition, mindful eating practices that help relieve stress, breathwork exercises shown to reduce anxiety, and other science-based strategies.

FAQs

  • Firstly, you can expect TIME.

No rushed 7-minute consultation. Instead, a relaxed hour and fifteen minutes to chat and discuss your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and needs. I’ll listen with compassion and genuine interest, so I can learn about you and understand your situation. No judgment, just acknowledgement of where you are, and where you want to be.

Together we’ll develop a realistic, manageable nutrition and lifestyle plan to get you to your health destination, and I will support and encourage you every step of the way.

  • That depends on your situation - some health issues can improve quite quickly, while others can take longer. But for most people I work with, they begin to see improvements within a month, and may have four consultations in total.

I’m committed to giving you the tools and knowledge to achieve and maintain your goals. Self-empowered wellness often means you won’t need me again, but if you do, I can offer maintenance support to get you back on track.

  • I’m in the process of setting these up.

I’d love to help clients with similar goals find a support network. I plan to provide group consultations using Google Meet or Zoom video calls, Whatsapp groups, and resource sharing.

  • Change can be hard, and that’s why together we will set manageable goals based on your preferences, lifestyle, schedule, and budget. We’ll also explore any obstacles or barriers that may be in your way, and find solutions. Finally, I’ll offer practical advice, such as shopping guidance, store cupboard audits, meal ideas, recipes and resources.

If something doesn’t work, we’ll investigate why and try different approaches until we find strategies that work for YOU.

  • I won’t ever pressure you to do anything you don’t want to. We will be partners on your health journey, working together to find realistic ways to adapt my recommendations to your lifestyle.

  • Possibly, but I have a food-first philosophy.

Food contains vitamins, minerals, fibre, and health-promoting nutrients called phytochemicals. These are as important as the nutrients in supplements because they improve our immune defences and digestive health. So, I will encourage you to introduce new foods before considering supplements.

  • Tests are not always necessary. However, if needed, I partner with many labs to offer stool, saliva, urine, blood (spot or draw), and DNA swab tests at home. I’m registered with Invivo, Healthpath Pro, Lifecode GX, Genova, and Regenerus. Where possible, I recommend GP tests to minimise costs.

  • “I struggled with IBS for years but after a bout of food poisoning it became even worse. The gentle dietary adjustments Kirsty recommended brought improvements I never thought possible. She made everything so clear and easy to understand and follow, and the check-ins really helped me feel supported. I can’t thank her enough; I only wish I had found her sooner.”

    PATRICIA, 76

  • I owe a debt of gratitude to Kirsty; her guidance and encouragement were key to my recovery from major surgery and long-term therapy. The results were astonishing. I feel stronger and more resilient, and even my surgeon was amazed at my progress.”

    JOHN, 65

  • “Despite trying to read about and practice managing stress and menopause symptoms, I was at my wits’ end, dealing with a midlife crisis. Kirsty explored this in depth with me and we made tweaks to my regime that I thought was already healthy. The changes in my weight, energy and mood were really incredible and I didn’t have a sense of missing out but a new perspective!”
