Ingredients (serves 1)
1/2 cup (100g) sliced cucumber (peeled)
1/2 avocado
1 scoop (20g) protein powder (vanilla)
1/2 (110g) full-fat natural Greek yoghurt
1/2 lime - juice of
1 teaspoon raw honey
1/2 cup (100ml) unsweetened coconut water
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and velvety.
Drinking immediately is best!
